Homemade Wormwood (Artemisia Absinthe) incense bundle. Wormwood is a poisonous plant that, in addition to absinthe, has been used in folk magic for, among other things, purification, clairvoyance and protection. It is believed to have an effect on dreams, and is named after the Greek goddess of the hunt, Artemisia. Of the planets, Artemisia is believed to be associated with the moon, and full-grown wormwood is often grayish/silvery in color.
Use: Light the end of the bundle carefully over a fireproof container. When lit, the bundle may explode and drip burning leaf parts, so a proper container and caution are important. Extinguish the bundle by pressing it against a metal container, or by gently blowing. Let the bundle smolder peacefully on a fireproof metal surface. Always keep a container of water nearby in which you can extinguish a burning bundle. We always recommend keeping a window open and paying attention to pets / other residents of the property when working with incense bundles. Artemisia absinthe / Wormwood is related to mugwort, so we do not recommend the product for people with mugwort allergies. The product is not suitable for internal use!
Note: Never leave a burning incense stick unattended. Always ensure that the stick is extinguished at the end of the ritual. By purchasing this product, you agree to use it according to the above instructions at your own risk; Witches Heirlooms is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the product.
