By using our store (Witches Heirlooms, withesheirlooms.fi, hereinafter abbreviated as WH), you agree to comply with the terms of use stated here.
WH reserves the right to make changes without notice to all content on the site.
Customer service
WH will answer any questions and other inquiries via email (helmiinahaamuranta@gmail.com) and on WH's own Instagram page. WH will also answer questions asked on the Etsy website, as long as there is activity on the Etsy website. Response times vary, but we will try to respond as soon as possible. We do not have a physical address or a phone number associated with the online store.
Copyright
In accordance with copyright law, copying, reselling or presenting as your own the images, text or other content of the WH website is prohibited. However, images and text from the page may be shared as long as the source is mentioned.

What information do we collect and why:
We receive customer data every time a person orders/purchases something from our store, subscribes to a newsletter, creates a customer account, or contacts us.
The following information is then stored in our customer register: first name, last name, street address, postal code, city, country, telephone number and email address. When placing orders, payment methods, ordered products and their information, and delivery methods are also stored in our register.
We use the information in our customer register only to manage the customer relationship , including, for example, order processing, shipping, statistics and possible archiving and marketing, as well as any other tasks related to managing the customer relationship and online store.
Other information from our customer register is only accessed by those parties who need it for the operation of the online store and processing orders. These include, for example, our online store service provider Shopify, Posti and other companies responsible for delivery methods, as well as possible payment service providers, e.g. currently Paypal.
If you, as our customer, would like to delete, check, or correct your information from our customer register, please contact us by email at helmiinahaamuranta@gmail.com. The information will be stored until it is deleted upon written request. Note! Canceling a subscription, closing a customer account, or canceling a newsletter does not delete customer information from our customer data register. Therefore, customer information can only be deleted from our registers by sending a written request to the above-mentioned email address.
Delivery terms
Payment
WH's online store currently accepts payments with Paypal. For this, the customer needs their own Paypal account. More information can be found on PayPal's own website: https://www.paypal.com/fi/ .
In addition, Shopify Payments is used, which is Shopify's own payment system. This includes, among others, Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards as well as the payment applications Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Delivery
Delivery costs are 6.90e, unless otherwise stated in the product information (e.g. very small or large products).
Small letters and postal packages are generally sent to the customer's mailbox. Larger ones are delivered to parcel machines, from which the package can be picked up when the delivery company notifies you by email or text message. The delivery methods and terms of parcels and letters may vary when sent abroad.
Orders are processed, packed and shipped within 0-4 days, depending on the number of orders and the season. Orders move according to the schedules of domestic shipping companies, which is worth considering, for example, for weekend orders. If there is a delay in deliveries, we will try to notify you about it in our online store.
Our shipping costs include, for example, costs related to order processing, packaging and shipping fees.
Return
When returning a product, the order must be cancelled in writing within 14 days of the order date. When purchasing online, the customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of the order date, if necessary. WH is not responsible for the delivery, insurance, tracking, or preservation of the returned product in its original condition, which is the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot grant a right of return for a product that was on sale, or is broken, or no longer fit for sale If you receive a broken item or there is something confusing about the return, please contact us by email.
You cannot cancel an order by not picking up the order once it has arrived, for example at a parcel terminal. The order must be picked up within the time specified by our delivery partner. If you simply do not pick up the order, we will have to charge you for the costs incurred (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 5, Sections 25 & 28). If you have any obstacles to picking up your order, please contact us in advance. If an uncollected product that has already been returned to us is not redeemed within 30 business days of its last pick-up date, WH reserves the right to put the product back on sale without refunding the purchase price.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us in writing by email: helmiinahaamuranta@gmail.com. If the return has not been agreed upon in advance as mentioned above, the return cannot be accepted. Once the return has been properly returned intact, the customer will receive a monetary refund using the payment method used during the order process.
