An old pen stand with an empty glass ink bottle. Despite their previously much more boring functional purpose, we see that these are also well suited for altar use (and we use one ourselves!).
Place a tealight candle, statue or gifts in the middle, and some holy water in a glass container. We don't recommend using this with incense charcoal, though, as it needs a wrought iron base to heat up.
